The location excellent and absolutely perfect close to the tram station & central bus station. And next to the main bus terminal and the Museum of Bellas Artes, Guggemheim, San Mames Stadium, Casco Viejo and Ribera Market.

By and large, it was unusual and functional place with amicable staff at the reception desk. We really enjoyed the satisfactory breakfast served for tortillas. The location for Bilbao was perfect and magnificent, just next door to good restaurants and tram, buses, Cercania station, main bus station and football ground.

Overall clean hotel in a very comfortable building just next door to the tram to the old town, and Close to bus station. So very friendly and excellent staff, always with a smile. Airy, new-fashioned room with terrace, a toothbrush was provided and a fridge. Great options at breakfast.

I didn't feel like leaving, spent really enjoyable time and recommend. The breakfast was great and sensational for tortillas, with variety of food. The location was incredible: a shopping street and a market were within walking distance. Indautxu tube station was 15 min away.

This hotel was situated very close to tourist destinations like san mames stadium. We dined at Zaka, that is just 300 metres away. Ensanche neighbourhood is worth seeing. Moyua tube station was a short walk to the property;))
